Michelle Flores

Executive Director

Michelle was born and raised in Dallas suburbs, Tennessee, and Northern California. A wife, mom to precious girls, mentor, and sister. She began her career as a teacher working with Kindergarten through 5th grade in a variety of positions. With a degree in Education and Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, she used her education to work with young minds. In 2012, she started a new journey as founder of All Things Made New. Her passion and heart for young lives has never changed but she feels she is able to make a huge impact in their social emotional growth and support that motivates her to continue serving and advocating for this generation.

Ayisha Mullen

Family and Community Engagement Coordinator

Ayisha Mullen is originally from sunny Southern California, settling in Irving, TX by way of New Mexico in October 2018. She finds great joy in serving and empowering youth and their families. Early awareness of her passion to serve led Ayisha to pursue personal, professional and educational opportunities that would have lasting, meaningful impact. She obtained her BA in Psychology at California State University, Long Beach and Master's degree in Social Work at New Mexico Highlands University. Ayisha brings over 12 years of experience engaging children, youth and their families in diverse capacities such as in clinical therapy, facilitating parenting groups, home visiting services and case management. With each endeavor confirming her gifts and purpose, Ayisha is excited to continue her journey with the ATMN team.

Devin Rogriguez

Programs Coordinator

Devin works passionately to educate and inspire the youth of our communities. She is also currently employed with a school district, as a Dean of Students. By grace, this position allows her to reach, teach, motivate, empower, encourage, and inspire youth to recognize the possibilities that lie within them, while also building trusting mentor relationships. She attended Texas Wesleyan University for her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and later achieved her Master’s degree of Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her experience of being an educator for over 14 years includes, Teacher, Teacher trainer, Assistant Principal liaison, Instructional Specialist, Dean of Students, and has also worked at a Community College as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching young adults how to transition into adulthood while ensuring college success. Inspiring others to believe in themselves regardless of background, status, and perceived opportunities has always been her driving force.
