Michelle Flores

Executive Director

Michelle Flores lives in Dallas. She is wife to Adan, mom to 2 precious girls, Isabelle and Brielle, and a devout Christian and follower of Jesus. She began her career as a teacher working with Kindergarten through 5th grade in a variety of positions at a Dallas Charter School and Irving ISD. With a degree in Education and Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, she used her education to work with young minds. In 2012, she started a new journey as founder of All Things Made New, a nonprofit serving 5th-12th graders facing high risk behaviors in their community. Her passion and heart for young lives has never changed since leaving education but she feels she is able to make a huge impact in their social emotional growth and support that motivates her to continue serving and advocating for this generation. 

Michelle has previously served on the board of Irving Womens Network, is the current President of the Irving Community Action Network, and also serves as a founding board member of The Alliance- nonprofit collaboration consisting of All Things Made New, Crisis Ministries, and The Main Place. She sees the value of working and partnering with others in order to make a larger impact for the community. Additionally, she is involved in the Women’s Auxiliary Board at Dallas Baptist University.

Brashaun Cornelius

Youth Center Director

Brashaun Cornelius, originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, is a dedicated nonprofit leader who relocated to Texas in 2020. With over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Brashaun’s passion lies in promoting self-sufficiency and instilling a generational mindset of self-reliance in students and families.

Currently serving as the Part-Time Youth Center Director at All Things Made New, Brashaun has spent the past three years honing her skills in Program Management, continually striving for growth and excellence in her field. Her leadership is focused on empowering individuals and communities to create lasting, positive change.

When she’s not working, Brashaun enjoys traveling with her family and is excited to celebrate a significant milestone in her personal journey with her upcoming wedding in March 2025. Brashaun’s unwavering commitment to growth, both professionally and personally, drives her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Devin Rodriguez

Program Coordinator & Mentor Coach

Devin works passionately to educate and inspire the youth of our communities. She is also currently employed with a school district, as a Dean of Students. By grace, this position allows her to reach, teach, motivate, empower, encourage, and inspire youth to recognize the possibilities that lie within them, while also building trusting mentor relationships. She attended Texas Wesleyan University for her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and later achieved her Master’s degree of Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her experience of being an educator for over 14 years includes, Teacher, Teacher trainer, Assistant Principal liaison, Instructional Specialist, Dean of Students, and has also worked at a Community College as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching young adults how to transition into adulthood while ensuring college success. Inspiring others to believe in themselves regardless of background, status, and perceived opportunities has always been her driving force.

 

Michael Woodward

Youth Director Center

Mike Woodward, who recently moved to Irving, TX from Seattle, WA. He graduated Chapman University with his Bachelors of Psychology in 2024, and is currently enrolled in Dallas Baptist University’s (DBU) Master of Psychology program. Post graduation he hopes to pursue his PhD in Psychology and become a practicing psychologist. He grew up giving back to his community through various modalities and believes that it is an important part of improving the community. Inspiring others to find the best in themselves is not only what drew him to study psychology, but also to All Things Made New. In his time, his desire is to mentor and support the next generation with the hope that they may find success throughout their lives. In his free time he enjoys sports like football and golf, and spending time with his dog, Kona.
