Taylor Caudillo

Mentoring Programs Director

Taylor has a heart and passion for serving youth and families. She has always felt a call to work with youth and families to some capacity. While not not knowing how that would play out in her life, she is blessed to have built many relationships with youth and their families along the way and cherishes each and every youth and family she comes in contact with.

Taylor graduated  from the University of North Texas at Dallas with a degree in Child Development and Family Studies. Taylor has experience working with children from infant age to 17 years old. She started out working in child care before moving over to teaching pre-school in Nashville, Tennessee. Taylor moved back to Texas and began working as a Family Interventionist in the Child  and Family Services  Department of a Mental Health Agency providing services to youth with mental health conditions.

Taylor approaches her passion with the statement modeled by a former mentor- “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care”.

She cares for youth and families in need of support during some their most difficult times. Taylor enjoys getting to see youth and families set up for success when they know they at least have someone in their corner that believes in them.

Taylor is a dog mom to a sweet black lab named Cash. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, live music, and trying new things!
