A Brief History of ATMN
2012
First program began for middle school girls gathering once a month with additional activities including community service, and community connection activities Heritage Park, Downtown Irving
2013
Increased program frequency using Heritage Park and Keyes Elementary School/ Gilbert Elementary School, gathering formally twice per month
2014
- Began using New Beginnings Church as a meeting location, increased frequency of gatherings to weekly 
- Received formal IRS filing as a tax-exempt organization 
- Continue welcoming new middle school and high school girls and mentors 
2015
- Signed lease on our own property at 212 S. Main St in the Heritage District 
- Split program between middle school girls and high school girls 
- First Intern from UNT for middle school and high school girls 
- ATMN participates in North Texas Giving Day 
2016
- Sharetank Inaugural Year participation and recipient 
- Launched program: Iron Roots (5th-8th grade boys) 
- UNT intern with Middle School girls and Family Point 
- ATMN participates in North Texas Giving Day 
- Launched program: Family Point 
2017
- Advisory Board Addition 
- Sharetank Sponsored:Inaugural Leadership Retreat 
- Launched program: GRACE (pregnant teens and teen moms) 
- 2 Summer Interns at ATMN 
- Sharetank Year 2 Participant 
- Community Relationships: FlowServe Keep, Irving Beautiful, Embassy City Church, Weinhart Realtors, Stonegate Christian Academy, other Irving Nonprofits 
- In total, 5,120 volunteer hours we donated during 2018 
- Established a wonderful partnership with Sky Ranch Summer Camps 
- Moved to a beautiful new facility at 2240 W. 5th St. Irving, TX after January flood at previous Main St. location 
- First Board Retreat with our Board of Directors 
- North Texas Giving Day, Year 5 
- 3rd Summer Intern 
- Be a Voice, Not an Echo Leadership Retreat with Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers, Year 2.
