All Things Made New is very fortunate to have a very special board of directors that are dedicated to the success and mission of ATMN. They each come with expertise that our crucial to our growth.
Maggie works for a school district counseling children, young people and their parents. Her heart is for helping others to recognize their strength, feel empowerment, recognize that dreams and visions are vital to seeing them and bringing them into fruition. What she appreciates about ATMN, is the sense of community with peers and trusted adults to help our young generation learn the benefit of developing healthy and honest relationships with others and the blessing of support, encouragement and sharpening brought about by those healthy relationships.
Amber Weaver is a leader in strategic vision and innovation, currently serving as a Director with a Fortune 250 company. She brings experience in developing strategies, building relationships, project management, fundraising, marketing and analytics. A lifelong volunteer and enthusiast for giving back to her community through mentorship, Amber began her journey with ATMN as a mentor, then served as an advisory board member before joining the Board of Directors.
Originally from Florida, Cherrelle Dawes is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. She also received an M.S. Degree in Human Resources Management as well as a Specialization in Nonprofit Management from Nova Southeastern University. Cherrelle has over 19 years’ of experience in Human Resources within public and private organizations. Service to others has always been at the heart of everything she is involved with including work in her church and various mentoring and tutoring programs in the community.
Michelle Flores is the founder of All Things Made New. She is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with studies in Education and Psychology. She taught elementary school in Dallas and Irving for 8 years before stepping away from education to start All Things Made New. She along with the support of her husband, Adan, saw the need for support with the teenage girls in the area. Her desire is to inspire youth to continue their education, respect themselves, create lasting relationships, and learn responsibility in every facet of their life.
Sabrina Ramcharita is a Certified John C Maxwell speaker, facilitator, and coach as well as a Certified DISC Trainer. She’s an entrepreneur and owner of Epic Leadership and her mission is to grow leaders in her community to understand their employees and create a culture of community within the workplace thus increasing productivity . Her focus is to help individuals and teams drive results through growth and development. She’s passionate about helping others realize their purpose and passion through collaboration and growth to unlock their leadership potential. Sabrina believes everyone has a vision and encourages developing strategies and systems to accomplish goals and vision.
Patty Bustamante- ex-officio
Patty is an educator that has served the public school system since 1998 as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and Division Director of Specialized Learning Services in Irving ISD, and currently as Executive Director of Educational Support Services for Arlington ISD. She is passionate about empowering students to have success with purpose; she leads a staff that focuses on building relational capacity and equipping teachers to be strong instructional leaders.
In 2017 we added an additional level of leadership to the All Things Made New team. These individuals come from different backgrounds that collectively allow the organization to be supported for current growth and future expansion.
